The Food Co-op is seeking a Regular Full-Time Grocery Manager!

The Grocery Manager oversees all aspects of the grocery department, including purchasing, merchandising, inventory control, labor management, and regulatory compliance. This role is responsible for driving sales and profitability while maintaining high product quality, exceptional customer service, and a safe, efficient work environment. The Grocery Manager leads and develops team members and directly supervises the Grocery Team Leader, Assistant Team Leaders, Department Specialists, and Grocery Stockers.
Minimum Qualifications: 3+ years of grocery operations experience required, previous supervisory experience required, experience with natural and organic foods preferred.
Wage range $30.06 – $43.87/hour DOE

The Food Services Team Member supports daily food services operations by preparing and serving
food, maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards, and providing friendly and efficient
customer service. This role works collaboratively with team members to create a safe, welcoming
environment and ensure customers have a positive experience.
Wage range $19.89 – 29.04/hour DOE
