  • The Food Co-op is seeking a Director of Training and Development to lead the strategic planning, development, and implementation of all employee training programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance, aligning learning initiatives with business goals, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

    The Director of Training and Development will play a critical role in supporting and advancing the Food Co-op’s vision and mission. Under the supervision of the Director of Operations, this position will be responsible for identifying training needs of employees and designing programs to enhance their skills and knowledge, manage the budget for training and development programs, and evaluate the effectiveness of those programs, making any necessary improvements to ensure their success.

    Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and/or 3-5 years in Learning & Development or relevant field. Deep understanding of learning and development principles and practices. Familiarity with Paylocity’s learning management system preferred.

    Exempt, $80,683 - $117,796 DOE/DOQ

  • The Food Co-op is seeking a Full Time or Part Time Grocery Stocker to join the Grocery Team! We’re looking for reliable, flexible team-members, and we encourage you to apply!

    The Grocery Stocker is responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring products are accurately priced, rotated, labeled, faced, and attractively displayed. Grocery team members share product knowledge with other team members and shoppers, as well as keeping themselves informed of specials and new products.

    Minimum Requirements: Valid Food Worker Card issued in WA, or ability to acquire on within 2 weeks of hire. High School diploma or equivalent preferred, as well as 6 months of successful, relevant experience in a retail stocking/receiving or related customer focused field.

    $19.50-28.47/hour DOE/DOQ
