Take home the practices with you and apply anywhere to claim your inner calm in stressful times. Take charge of your health by Ayurveda inspired detox! This detox process helps to balance physical, emotional and the subtle layers of your body. Using simple guidelines, this demonstration format class will supply you all the recipes you’ll need to start your cleanse in the comfort of your home. We will learn to prepare Khichadi (made with lentil and rice) and Ghee (clarified butter).
About the instructor
Bharti Nagal is a wellness follower who grew up in India and dabbles into Ayurveda and Yoga with a moto to improve and enhance the quality of life in and around. Her unflinching belief in nature inspired remedies has propelled her to co-found ‘Yoga Way of Life’, through which she advocate the principles of Ayurveda and Yoga.

Get comfortable cooking vegetarian Indian. Inspired by “The Art of Indian Vegetarian Cooking” by Yamuna Devi we’ll explore the basics and by the end of the class you’ll be able to confidently make delicious Indian meals at home. Yes, it will be vegetarian this time!
About the instructor
Sidonie Maroon is a local chef, culinary educator, and writer. She brings people together to create feasts from international menus, using local in-season foods. You will also find her in her kitchen studio developing recipes, working on revisionist baking projects or in her garden.
