Finding Your Way Back to Steady:
A mind-body approach to stress and the vagus nerve
Monday, February 16, 2026
4:30pm - 6:00pm
Many of us are navigating a challenging and demanding time. If you are noticing stress, chronic body discomfort, or a lingering sense of being “on edge,” this class offers a chance to slow down and explore simple, hands-on ways to tend to your body and calm your mind. We’ll also introduce the vagus nerve, a key pathway connecting the body and brain, and explore how gentle, body-based practices can support the nervous system’s natural capacity for regulation. Together, we’ll learn practical strategies that can support resilience and greater ease in daily life.
Participants will learn easy, hands-on practices—breathing, gentle movement, posture, and awareness exercises—that can be used at home to support resilience, improve stress recovery, and feel more at ease in daily life. No prior knowledge is needed; the class is welcoming, experiential, and designed to leave people feeling grounded, empowered, and better connected to their own bodies.
THIS CLASS IS FREE, but attendance is limited so please register to secure a space.
