Supercharged Smoothies
Acai Berry Bowl Recipe
Ingredients:
1 frozen ripe banana
½ cup frozen strawberries
¼ cup frozen blueberries
¼ cup frozen mango
1 ½ tsp Navitas Organic Superfood Berry Blend
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a highspeed blender, saving the liquid for last. Start with ½ cup of milk to get things started. Add more liquid as needed to blend. You want the mixture to end up being a thick, spoonable consistency so don’t add too much liquid. Be patient and keep scraping down the sides as needed. Once the smoothie base is completely blended, add it to a bowl and top with fresh berries, your favorite granola, and a drizzle of nut butter on top for extra protein. Enjoy!

Collagen powder
MCT oil
Flax seed oil
Mushroom powder
Fresh greens (kale or spinach usually works best)
Spirulina powder, maca powder, beet powder
Additional topping ideas:
Raw nuts and seeds
Coconut flakes

Drizzle of honey or a sprinkle of bee pollen
Dollop of regular or plant-based yogurt
Tip: You can also enjoy this as a smoothie by simply adding more liquid until you reach your desired sipping consistency.
Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Functional Smoothie
Ingredients:
2 frozen ripe bananas
1-2 tablespoons cacao powder
2 tablespoons unsweetened peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon Navitas Organic Superfood Adaptogen Blend Powder
1 teaspoon organic cold pressed flax oil
1 cup unsweetened almond, flax or soy milk
Directions:
In a high-powered blender, add in all ingredients and blend on high for 1-2 minutes or until all ingredients are well combined. Start with 1 tablespoon of cacao powder, and feel free to add another if you like it extra chocolatey. If necessary, add more milk to thin the smoothie. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Tropical Green Smoothie
Ingredients:
½ frozen ripe banana
¼ cup frozen mango
½ cup frozen pineapple
1 teaspoon agave or honey (optional but ties the flavors together nicely)
½ - 1 teaspoon fresh ginger root
½ teaspoon fresh turmeric root
1 serving Ancient Nutrition Organic Super Greens powder
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
Directions:
In a large high-powered blender, add in all ingredients and blend on high for a good 1-2 minutes to ensure all ingredients are well combined and all the flavors are released. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
