An Update From The Board

Dear Member-Owners,

As many of you know, the Board of Directors is currently in the process of recruiting for the position of General Manager of the Co-op. Kenna Eaton will be retiring at the end of December 2026, and the Board is committed to ensuring a thoughtful, well-planned, and transparent transition. We have hired a professional recruiting firm and consultant to support and guide the Board during this search and the Board will provide periodic updates throughout the hiring process. The job description is posted, recruitment efforts are active, and the recruiter is currently reviewing applications and pre-screening questionnaires. The next phase will involve forwarding selected candidates to a first round of interviews with the Board’s consultant.
