OWL360 empowers young people to take their next steps—whatever those may be—by offering inclusive, youth-led spaces to explore, connect, and grow. Our programs are flexible, nonjudgmental, and grounded in real-world readiness, mental health support, and community connection. We’re here to help youth build their future—and shape a stronger, more resilient one for us all!
What we're excited about in 2025 - Our Housing Program:
As of 2025, OWL360 now has four homes with individual dwelling units and group living options for young adults ages 18-25 who are unhoused, at risk of being unhoused, or are fleeing an unsafe environment. Case care is provided to each resident along with access to a variety of resources. We create pathways to education, employment, mental health, and social wellbeing to assist emerging young adults into sustainable living.
We know that when young people are connected and engaged, everyone in the community prospers! OWL360 actively creates conditions for the success of young people in Jefferson County to enter into, thrive in, and sustain work opportunities that will lead them to meaningful employment and economic independence.
