In this fun and interactive workshop Sidonie will inspire you to branch out and try new ways of cooking. This is not a cooking class but an exploration of spices, flavor, technique, meal planning and innovation. Get inspired!
About the instructor
Sidonie Maroon is a local chef, culinary educator, and writer. She brings people together to create feasts from international menus, using local in-season foods. You will also find her in her kitchen studio developing recipes, working on revisionist baking projects or in her garden.
