Something New Is Cooking in the Deli

There’s a lot to discover in the deli right now. We’ve been busy adding fresh, Co-op made items alongside exciting new products we’re bringing into the case, and it’s all worth a closer look. From easy grab-and-go lunches and protein-packed snacks to plant-forward favorites and indulgent desserts, the deli is full of new options to fit whatever you’re craving.

The hot bar is also serving up plenty of comfort and flavor this month. Join us for Eastern Mediterranean offerings on January 7 and January 21 and be sure to try our new Merry Me Turkey if you haven’t already. It’s rich, cozy, and quickly becoming a customer favorite. You’ll also see a rotating lineup of new hot bar dishes, including butter chicken, chana masala, saag paneer, shiitake tofu, and vegetarian white lasagna, offering something hearty, warming, and satisfying every day.

Check the hot bar menu online to plan your visit. Just be sure to scroll down to view both the first and second half of the month so you don’t miss what’s cooking. With so many new additions, now’s a great time to make the deli your go-to for an easy, delicious meal.
