Edible mushrooms are a nutritional powerhouse that can boost immune, respiratory, and cardiovascular health, help lower cholesterol, and make a great protein source as part of a sustainable, earth-friendly diet. Join herbalist and nutritionist Linden de Voil to learn about mushrooms of all shapes and sizes, how to create a range of tasty mushroom meals, and how to use medicinal fungi like reishi, shiitake, turkey tail, and more!

This class is free for Co-op members, but registration is required. Bring your own brown bag lunch!
