Ayervedic: Discovering the Six Tastes
This is the second of four Ayervedic classes - each class is complete and stands alone. We will learn to alter three Ayurveda inspired recipes to best suit your taste and well-being as I prepare a simple nourishing meal for summer, including pulao (spiced vegetable fried rice), raita (side that goes with pulao), and mithai (a classic delicately-spiced Indian sweet).
About the instructor
Bharti Nagal is a wellness follower who grew up in India and dabbles into Ayurveda and Yoga with a moto to improve and enhance the quality of life in and around. Her unflinching belief in nature inspired remedies has propelled her to co-found ‘Yoga Way of Life’, through which she advocate the principles of Ayurveda and Yoga.
