Community Pie Cookbook NOW Available

The North Olympic Salmon Coalition Community Pie Cookbook will make a great gift this holiday season.

The community pie cookbook is a collection of 21 local sweet and savory pie recipes - and if you have ever been to a Land Trust fund raiser you know there are some incredible pie makers in our community. The book includes a foreword from famous pie maker Kate McDermott of the Art of the Pie.

To purchase NOSC’s Community Pie Cookbook, please visit their Donate page to make a suggested donation of $25-40. Please indicate in the “Add special instructions to the seller:” section that your donation is for the Pie Cookbook.

We will have also have a few copies in the store for $33 if you choose to grab one while your shopping. All proceeds will go to NOSC.

Our friends at the North Olympic Salmon Coalition are celebrating thirty years in 2020!

The North Olympic Salmon Coalition (NOSC) is a community-based non-profit organization that works with willing landowners and volunteers to perform salmon habitat restoration on the North Olympic Peninsula. NOSC is one of fourteen Regional Fisheries Enhancement Groups in Washington State dedicated to salmon recovery.
